Very good quality. It takes a bit of effort to figure how to set up a meal plan but once it is set you are good to go. FYI: Feed number is how much food will fall in the bowls on each serving. Dry food makes a lot of noise in the metal inserts so we just removed them, much quieter falling into the plastic bowls. Box was a bit damaged but product was in perfect working order. Arrived faster than expected to New Zealand. Will gladly use this store again.

Just need to set the meal plan and you’re good to go!! It is a lil noisy when the food drops in the food bowl cuz it’s steel but I think you can change it if it scares your fur babies at home 🙂 The bowls and food storage are washable which is great!!
